- A great star from heaven falls upon 1/3 of the rivers and upon the fountains of waters; 1/3 of the waters become poisonous

- A star falls from heaven to earth and he is given the key to the bottomless pit. After he opens the pit smoke comes out and darkens the sun and the air, then locusts come out of the smoke upon the earth. Power is given the locusts to torment, but not kill, men for 5 months like a scorpion when he stings with the exception of men sealed in their forehead by God. Nor should the locusts hurt the grass, ant green thing, or the trees. Death will not be found even though people will seek it.
